DATINGUINOO  合适设计  2016-06-27 Fuego Point 项目位于火地岛，俗称蓬岛，是一个火焰状的岬角，位于八打雁省西部，在菲律宾吕宋岛范围内。它延伸2.9公里长的海岬，直到南中国海，这里可以俯瞰Fortune 岛， Nasugbu 和Calayo海湾。这里风景宜人，有一家高级会所，Peninsula de Punta Fuego度假酒店以及海边度假社区。   Fuego Point, commonly known as Punta Fuego,is a flame-shaped headland located in western Batangas province on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. It extends as a 2.9 km-long promontory into theSouth China Sea overlooking Fortune Island and Nasugbu and Calayo bays in the municipality of Nasugbu. It is home to the exclusive Club and Peninsula dePunta Fuego resort and seaside community.   C HOUSE 主入口 C HOUSE 附属楼 该项目的最终目标是创建一个简洁的、诗意的设计和建筑，同时表达出尊重建筑所在的位置和向美丽宁静的海洋致敬。   The ultimate goal of this project is to create a simple and poetic in design and a building that respected it's location and paid homage to the amazing beauty of the ocean it gazes upon. 设计遵循地形的高差关系，建筑的形状是长方形的，房间布置在中轴线的两侧，通过一系列的台阶和平台从首层直达负一层的无边际游泳池和面朝大海的大露台。该富有戏剧性的轴线同时也塑造了该建筑的场所精神。   The shape of the house is rectangular, with rooms arranged on the either side of the central axis that descends via a series of platform to a infinity pool and sea front terrace. C HOUSE 入口及楼梯轴线 C HOUSE 平面 C HOUSE 楼梯 房子的设计遵循典型热带地区建筑的营造规律，使用自然通风和尽量保留现有的树木。在南立面（面朝大海）的方向悬挑出一个大面宽阳台，悬挑约7-8米，阳台两侧均有水平线方向的遮阳格栅。由于设计了高的天花板和使用错层通风技术，房间常年保持良好的通风和干爽。 The house's design obeys the unwritten lawfor the tropical house, using natural ventilation and retaining existing trees on the site. There are deep overhanging balconies on thesouth elevation each with a skirt of horizontal louvers providing shade to thespaces within. The rooms keeps cool due to high ceiling and using cross ventilation techniques. C HOUSE 客厅 C HOUSE 悬挑阳台  C HOUSE 悬挑阳台 该项目像许多亚洲的房子一样，它是可以一代传一代的房子。同时，也是一个逃离城市喧嚣生活的避风港。   Like many Asian houses, it is multi generational house. A refuge place from the buzz and chaos of city living.
